In the Admin Console, click the 'Users' tab and then select 'Search Users' on the left. You'll see the user list in table view on the right.
The 'Total Users' metric reflects the total number of registered users in the system, encompassing all user accounts that have been created, regardless of their activity status. This metric offers a comprehensive overview of the entire user base within the platform.
Active users are those who have interacted with the system within a defined period. The criteria for 'active' status may vary based on specific factors, such as users who have logged in or completed meaningful actions within a specified timeframe (e.g., the last 30 days). The active users metric provides a clear measure of user engagement with the platform at any given time.
Inactive users are individuals who have not engaged with the system for a prolonged period. Just like the definition of 'active' users, the criteria for 'inactive' status can be customized, such as users who have neither logged in nor performed any actions within a defined timeframe (e.g., more than 90 days). Re-engagement strategies may be necessary to encourage these users to return and resume interacting with the system.
Name Search:
Enter the name (or part of the name) of the user you wish to find in the designated search field.
As you type, the system will dynamically display a list of users whose names match the search criteria. This allows you to quickly identify the user you're looking for based on your input.
Email ID Search:
Enter the email address of the user you wish to locate in the provided search field.
As you type the email address, the system will dynamically display matching user profiles.
Once the full email is entered, the system will retrieve the user profile associated with the provided address, if it exists.
The Client table contains the following fields:
User Name: This field stores the unique username selected by the user during registration, which is used for identification and login purposes.
Email/Phone Number: This field captures the user's primary contact information, which can be either an email address or a phone number. It is essential for communication, account recovery, and notifications.
Providers: The Providers field records the authentication methods linked to the user account, such as OAuth providers (e.g., Google, Facebook) used for logging in.
Last Activity On: This field logs the timestamp of the user's most recent activity or interaction within the system, providing insights into user engagement and activity patterns.
Action: The Edit functionality enables authorized users to modify or update user information stored in the table. This typically opens an interface that allows for easy updates to user records.
Date Filter:
Specify a date range to filter users based on either their created date (the date they registered) or their last updated date (the date of their most recent profile update or activity). This filter allows you to view users who registered within a certain period or have interacted with the system recently.
Sorting Options:
Choose from sorting options such as created time or updated time using the dropdown menu. This allows you to organize the user list efficiently based on when users were registered or last updated, making it easier to manage and review user information.
Groups & Roles Filter:
Select one or more groups or roles using the available checkboxes or dropdown lists to narrow down the user list. This feature helps in segmenting users by their assigned roles or membership in specific groups.
Note: The notification will be sent to all 2,704 users in the list who have opted in to receive this type of notification.
