Total Users

The Total Users metric represents the overall count of registered users in the system. This includes all user accounts that have been created, regardless of their activity status. The total users count provides a comprehensive view of the user base within the platform.

Active Users

Active Users refer to users who have recently interacted with the system within a defined period. The definition of 'active' can vary based on specific criteria, such as users who have logged in or performed any meaningful action within the last specified timeframe (e.g., last 30 days). Active users indicate the current engagement level of users with the platform.

Inactive Users

Inactive Users are users who have not engaged with the system for a significant period. Similar to 'active' status, the definition of 'inactive' can be customized based on specific criteria, such as users who have not logged in or performed any action beyond a specified timeframe (e.g., more than 90 days). Inactive users may require re-engagement strategies to encourage them back into the system.
