Deletion

In the Admin Console, click on the 'Users' tab, then select the 'Bulk User Operations' tab. Choose 'Deletion' from the options on the left. On the right, you will find user information and the upload CSV design stepper format.

1. Access the User Search Interface:

Begin by navigating to the User Search Button to locate the users whose accounts need to be deleted.

2. Search for Users

Use the search functionality within the pop-up table to find the specific users targeted for deletion.

Steps:

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the pop-up table.

  2. Enter relevant details such as Name or Email to filter the list.

  3. Review the search results displayed in the table.

3. Select the User

Once you have identified the users for deletion, select their entries from the list.

Steps:

  1. Click on the user’s row in the table to highlight and select them.

  2. Verify the correct users are selected by reviewing their details.

4. Add the Selected Users for Deletion

After selecting the users, proceed with adding them to the deletion process.

Steps:

  1. Click the Add User button located in the pop-up interface.

  2. The selected users will be added to the deletion queue.

History:

The Deletion History Table provides a detailed log of bulk deletion activities, enabling administrators to monitor the status and results of user deletion operations. This feature ensures transparency, accountability, and efficient error resolution.

Deletion History Table Overview

The Deletion History Table displays the following key details for each bulk deletion operation:

1. File Name

  • Shows the name of the uploaded file used for the deletion operation.

  • Assists in identifying specific deletion batches for reference or troubleshooting.

2. Uploaded By

  • Displays the name of the user who initiated the deletion.

  • Ensures traceability and accountability for the operation.

3. Status

  • Indicates the current state of the deletion operation, such as:

    • In Progress: The deletion process is ongoing.

    • Done: The deletion operation finished successfully.

4. Upload Count / Completed Count

  • Upload Count: The total number of records uploaded for deletion.

  • Completed Count: The number of records successfully deleted.

5. Error Count

  • Displays the number of records that could not be deleted due to errors.

  • Provides an overview of issues requiring further attention.

6. Download Result

  • Provides the Iocn to download the result file, which includes:

    • Details of successfully deleted records.

    • Information about errors encountered during the operation.
