# Bulk User Operations

The **Bulk User Operations** feature is designed to streamline administrative tasks and enhance efficiency in managing users. It provides administrators with the ability to perform key user management actions in bulk by utilizing a CSV file for data input. This functionality saves time, reduces manual effort, and ensures consistency in operations.

#### Key Features

#### 1. **Onboarding Users**

Administrators can onboard multiple users simultaneously by uploading a CSV file containing the necessary user data. This eliminates the need for manual individual user creation.

#### 2. **Updating User Profiles**

This feature allows administrators to update multiple user profiles simultaneously by uploading a CSV file with updated information.

#### 3. **Deleting Users**

Administrators can efficiently remove multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file listing the users to be deleted.

#### 4. **Resetting Passwords**

Administrators can initiate password resets for multiple users by uploading a CSV file with user details.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://authdocs.skill-mine.com/licentio-documentation/users/bulk-user-operations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
