Invite User

In the Admin Console, click the Users tab, then select Invite Users from the left-hand menu. You will see a table view on the right displaying Pending Users, Accepted Users, and Registered Users.

1. Pending Users

Pending Users are individuals who have been sent an invitation link but have not yet opened or interacted with it. These users remain in a pending state, awaiting their response or action to complete the registration or onboarding process.

2. Accepted Users

Accepted Users are individuals who have received the invitation link and clicked on it, signaling their interest in the invitation. However, they have not yet completed the registration process.

3. Registered Users

Registered Users are individuals who have successfully completed the registration process after clicking on the invitation link. They are now fully active participants on the platform.

User Search Feature:

Email ID Search:

  • Enter the email address of the user you wish to locate in the search field provided.

  • Click the "Search" button or press Enter to initiate the search.

  • The system will retrieve the user profile associated with the provided email address, if available.

User Management Actions

Viewing Profiles:

Enables authorized users to view detailed profile information for users across all categories.

Reinviting Users:

Allows authorized users to resend invitation emails to individuals who have not yet responded or completed the registration process.

Revoking Users:

Empowers authorized users to revoke access or permissions for users on the platform.

Invite New User:

  • Click the "Invite New User" button.

  • This button is usually located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Upon clicking, the "Invite New User" creation interface will appear.

  1. User Details:

    • First Name: Enter the first name of the user being invited.

    • Last Name: Enter the last name of the user.

    • Email: Provide the email address to which the invitation will be sent.

  2. User Groups & Roles:

    • User Groups: Assign the user to relevant groups or teams within the platform.

    • Roles: Define the roles and permissions that the user will have upon registration.

  3. Onboarding Page Selections:

    • Select Blueprint: Choose a blueprint or template for the user's onboarding experience (if applicable).

    • Select Client: Specify the client or organization associated with the user's account.

  4. Invite Button:

    • Clicking the "Invite" button initiates the process of sending an invitation email to the specified email address.
