Accessing the Built-In Template Tab
In the Admin Console, click the Settings->Messaging Template -> Built-In Template tab on the left.
Built-In Template
The Built-In Template encompasses a collection of communication templates designed for various channels, including Email, SMS, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
These templates serve essential roles in authentication workflows, such as verifying user identities and facilitating secure communication of important information.
Here's a breakdown of what each channel might entail in this context
you'll see create new group view on the right.
Click on the Create Group button or a similar option.
This will initiate the process of setting up your new group.
Click Save to confirm and complete the new creation process.
Group Name
Group name refers to a collection of templates that we use to send messages to people in a reliable and trustworthy way.
These templates are designed to ensure that the messages we send are accurate and can be trusted by the recipients.
It's like having a set of templates that help us maintain clear and dependable communication with our users.
Group Description
Skillmine Auth might provide an optional field for a group description.
This description will help potential members understand what the group is about.
If you prefer not to include a description, you can leave this field blank.
The format you see after group creation is as follows,
Users can interact with the interface by clicking on the Edit icon located next to each group item.
Upon clicking, a menu will appear, revealing an Edit button.
Edit Screen:
Clicking the Edit button allows users to modify the content of the selected group item, such as updating its group description.
After making the desired changes, users can save their edits by clicking a Save button, providing a user-friendly way to manage and customize content without needing to engage with underlying code.
Users can interact with the interface by clicking on the Settings icon located next to Edit icon.

User Creation
User creation involves the process of enabling individuals to register and establish accounts on a platform.
Forgot Password
The Forgot Password feature offers users a solution to regain access to their accounts if they forget their password.
By providing their registered email address, a password reset link is sent.
This link enables them to create a new password.
Password reset involves updating an existing password with a new one.
Users typically initiate this process due to security reasons or forgetfulness.
Through an email link or security questions, users can modify their passwords, reinforcing account security and user trust.
User activation signifies the process of activating the newly registered user's account.
This step usually involves sending an email with an activation link upon registration.
Clicking this link validates the user's email and completes the registration process, enhancing security and ensuring legitimate user engagement.
User deletion entails permanently removing a user's account and associated data from the platform.
This could be initiated by the user or the platform's administrators.
Deleting user accounts adheres to privacy concerns and provides users with the option to discontinue their presence on the platform.
User merge involves consolidating two or more user accounts into one.
This can occur when users have created multiple accounts accidentally.
Merging combines relevant data and activity, streamlining user management and enhancing the user experience
User invitation is the process of extending an invitation to individuals, inviting them to join a website or application.
This can be achieved by sending out personalized emails containing registration links or access codes.
User invites often facilitate the onboarding of new members, encouraging them to become part of the platform's community and take advantage of its offerings.
Users can interact with the interface by clicking on the Edit icon located in Action Coulumn to Edit the Template Settings.
Notification Type: Define different notification types that templates are associated with, such as Account Creation, Password Reset, Group Invitation etc.
Template Type: Offer options for the type of communication channel, like Email or SMS.
Processing Type: Provide choices for how the recipient will verify or complete the action, such as Link (URL) or Code (verification code).
Select Locale: Allow users to choose the locale for their templates. This selection will affect the language used in the template (e.g., English, French, etc.).
Subject Selection: Provide users with a choice like verify your account as the communication channel.
This selection will determine whether the template is used for messages.
